The REACH 4 group is a network of online media companies that offer unique and targeted advertising platforms through which to REACH your consumers.
The group was formed on five basic principles and these govern the way in which we conduct our business.

Christopher James Koch
Executive Director
Chris was previously a property underwriter at Southern Cross Underwriting placing facultative reinsurance in the Australasian market on behalf of Lloyds of London and Hannover Re. His roles here encompassed risk assessment and pricing, development of marketing and business strategies for the company, program negotiation of proportional and excess of loss reinsurance placements and liaising with overseas investors to maintain and further increase the insurance capacity that these investors offer to Southern Cross. He is currently an Associate of the Australian & New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance and is also a Director of 1form.com.au. Christopher’s business experience has seen him develop exceptional sales, marketing and risk management skills and a unique ability to conceive new and innovative concepts.

Chad Anthony Stephens
Managing Director
Chad was previously Operations Manager of the Pantry Group of companies and was affiliated with this organisation for nearly seven years. The Pantry Group is a dynamic organization, specialising in hospitality, event management, retail and even publishing, with their first magazine being distributed in November 2003. As part of the board of management Chad was instrumental in the advent of the publication, including the development, marketing and advertising required. Chad’s core capabilities and responsibilities include general management with specific focus on recruitment for the Group, development and implementation of systems relating to purchasing and production, human resources and succession planning for a wide range of staff. Chad is also a Director of 1form.com.au and both these roles have seen him develop exceptional business development and general management skills with the flexibility to adapt to market changes and procurement requirements. Chad also studied Property in the Business faculty at RMIT and has obtained a Certificate 4 (Estate Agents Licence).

Our Goal for the business was simple. To be the ultimate venue and event related research tool. Our innovative, leading edge and dynamic approach provides a website that offers exceptional value for money within the hospitality industry. We have also developed a platform which caters for all industry segments; from those who are organising events and functions (including the general public) to the businesses which operate in this highly competitive market place.
These principles form the foundation of our business model. Our primary goal is to deliver exceptional value! Our site is not only free to users but also to the organisations that register with our search engine.
Costing Methodology
When we say our website is free, we mean it! We do not charge an initial registration fee and we certainly do not charge a management fee for lead generation or brokerage for revenue generated by our website.
Our costing model is simple, we offer an innovative e-portal which is free for all levels of users.
Why?
Our extensive market research revealed that venue owners and event related companies were disturbed by the thought of paying a third party website for leads that didn't result in business. They also expressed frustration with paying a percentage of revenue to a company that was not instrumental in winning the business.
It is for this very reason that we offer free listings and consequently we are growing and growing fast!
