Q: How much does it cost to have a profile on VenueHQ?
A: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! A
profile is 100% FREE, we do not charge you for leads and we do not take a percentage of revenue generated through our site! However, you can choose to upgrade your listing if you wish to our House or Premium profile listings. For more information about about our House or Premium profiles listing go the Register Your Business page.
Q: When uploading IMAGES & PICTURES, what format do the files
have to be and is there a restriction on file size?
A: The file type may be either *.JPG, *.GIF or *.PNG. Please note the maximum file size we allow is 250kb.
Q: When uploading a MENU, what format does the file have to be and is there a restriction on file size?
A: The file type can only be a *.PDF and the size may be anywhere up to 250kb.
Q: What if I don’t have any pictures or I don’t
have a logo?
A: If you don't have any pictures or a logo for your business you are still able to set up a profile simply by leaving these fields blank. You are able to login at a later date and upload these files when you have them. Alternatively you can leave these fields blank if you wish.
Q: If I don’t have an email address, how do
I receive my Username/Password?
A: Contact us by phone and we can arrange to have these
details posted to
you directly.
Q: What if I forget my Username/Password?
A: Simply select the Forgot Password? found on the left hand navigation panel and then when prompted to do so enter your email address. We will then match this email address up with the one in your profile and will email you your password and username
Q: How do I update my profile?
A: Firstly logon to venuehq.com.au, then enter your Username/Password in the venue login fields found on the left hand navigation panel and hit go. Then update the relevant fields for which you would
like your details changed.
Q: I have updated my profile, but it still appears with my old details. Why is this and how do I fix it?
In this instance your web browser it still showing you the old image and files of your profile. To fix this problem simply hit the refresh button while you are viewing your profile. If the problem persists please contact us ar admin@venuehq.com.au and we will be happy to help.
